What will you be doing:
- Support the Business: Understand job requirements and source top talent.
- Post Job Listings: Ensure job postings are accurate and reach the right audience.
- Screen Resumes: Identify qualified candidates through careful resume review.
- Schedule Interviews: Organize and manage interview schedules.
- Conduct Pre-Screen Interviews: Perform initial phone interviews to assess candidates.
- Facilitate Assessments and Background Checks: Ensure all necessary checks are completed.
- Manage Candidate Databases: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates.
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Maintain Effective Communication: Engage with all recruitment stakeholders regularly.
